چکیده
In China’s unconventional oil drilling, horizontal wells are one of the main forms water-in-oil drilling fluid have been widely used due to their stable performance and excellent lubricating properties. To reduce high cost fluids at site, further pressure cuttings processing, meet requirements environmental protection, an oil-based system with a low oil-water ratio was developed. Based on research key emulsifiers introduction nanomaterials, it helps maintain while increasing water-phase ratio, enhances loss fluid. The developed has applied in section Jiaoye 5-3HF 21-S2HF, two Fuling shale gas block China, successfully drilled designed well depth. Marsh funnel viscosity is controlled from 63s 78s, plastic lower than 40 mPa·s, dynamic shear force maintained 3.5–7 pa, temperature water below 2.6 ml, demulsification voltage above 600v; properties Excellent, meeting on-site construction. Compared conventional system, can greatly content, which save large extent. It protection certain

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Gas-oil Ratio and Water-oil Ratio
An indicator of bypassing is a premature drop in gas-oil ratio; i.e., earlier than expected collapse of gas saturation. Early gas collapse (water fillup) may indicate that channeling has occurred. In layered reservoirs with no or little vertical crossflow, water injection in an initially depressurized layer will cause GOR to drop rapidly. Often naturally fractured reservoirs exhibit fast gas co...
متن کاملThermal and Rheological Properties Improvement of Oil-based Drilling Fluids Using Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNT)
In this paper, we detail our results for the impact of MWCNT on the thermal and rheological properties of oil-based drilling muds. Our analysis considers the effects of time, temperature, and MWCNT volume fraction. The scanning electron microscopy imaging technique was used to monitor the MWCNTsdispersion quality. The experimental results unveil a considerable enhancement in the thermal conduct...
متن کاملOil mist and vapour concentrations from drilling fluids: inter- and intra-laboratory comparison of chemical analyses.
OBJECTIVES There are no recognized analytical methods for measuring oil mist and vapours arising from drilling fluids used in offshore petroleum drilling industry. To inform the future development of improved methods of analysis for oil mist and vapours this study assessed the inter- and intra-laboratory variability in oil mist and vapour analysis. In addition, sample losses during transportati...
متن کاملperformance of partially-hydrolyzed polyacrylamide in water based drilling fluids
fluid properties with constant improvement in efficiency have been noticeable as important criteria in drilling operation. the main drilling fluid properties highly depend on utilization of new polymers with high efficiency in drilling fluid composition. in this paper, the performance of a new polymer, called partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide polymer (phpa), is studied which has recently ente...
